Census Problems in Pakistan

Analyse an issue:

The Natio­nal Assembly was informed on Friday that the government could not go ahead with the planned census until the General Headquarters assured it of elaborate security and administrative arrangements required for the 18-day exercise.                                     (Dawn News  2-19-2-16)

Response:

The government is seeking help to overcome the security threat for the administration and workers for the secure and complete conses in the country which otherwise cannot be successful without army support.

Fata , Balochistan and some parts of Sindh are against the census or they want to aloof from it. The reason behind that is, they are covering the terrorists. I  am not targeting the whole province or large areas but only some areas or regions. They are hiding the banned personals in the country which are not good.

On the other hand army is involved in many operations. They have to deal the huge frontier portion of the country. Therefore, army wants to stay aside providing security to the personal. Rather it would prefer and recommend police to accomplish the task.

To cover 100m in 9.58 seconds, by any human being, is only the ability of Usain Bolt. Usain Bolt is a great sprinter. Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986.Now, his age is 29 years. He is the fastest man on Earth, the most famous athlete and the record breaker of 100m running event in the Olympics. He holds both titles of 100m and 200m running events of the Olympic Games. He is determined to break his previous records in the coming world championship which is going to be held on 23 August in China.

Usain Bolt was born in Sherwood Content, Jamaica .Usain bolt has spent his life in Jamaica. Jamaica is a Caribbean island. It is famous for its mountains and rainforest. The famous Bob Marley , a singer, musician and guitarist also belonged to Jamaica. Jamaica is famous for its sprinters.  History shows that most of the sprinters with flying colors in the Olympic Games are from Jamaica. So Jamaica has great environment and feasibility for the sprinters

Usain Bolt has done hat-trick in 100m running event. Usain  won 3 gold medals in successive events. Usain bolt world record is 9.58s to cover 100m. The second record also belongs to Usain Bolt which is 9.69s. The man who tops 100m running event in Olympics is awarded by the title of “The Fastes man on Earth”. From previous 3 events, this title is continuous going to Usain Bolt of Jamaia. He is also fanous for his running style. He is so determined of his success that he do not like to see finishing line but time watch. Usain Bolt runs like tiger with 41km/h. He has announced that he would retire from athletic in 2017 after participating in London Olympics.

      Pakistan started its journey in Olympic Games in 1948. First year, after the creation of Pakistan.Only a single man named Muhammad Abbas participated ,which held in London.But he was failed to get any positions for Pakistan.
Pakistan has won 10 medals in all Olympic Games .Among those 10 medals,8 are from hockey while the remaining two are from Boxing and Wrestling.
Unfortunately Pakistan has not won even a single medal after 1992 Olympic Games irrespective of its large population.
